Scholarships

Please note:

 

Students from schools in Crawford County, Richland County, and Morrow County (with stipulations and exceptions as detailed in individual scholarship descriptions) are eligible for these scholarships. Applications for all scholarships are available at Galion High School, regardless of school applicant attends.

Annual amounts of awards may vary from those listed; all scholarships may not be awarded each year, depending on structure of fund and stipulations of award, as well as application pool.

Byron D. Smith Memorial Scholarship Fund; EST 2016

The Byron D. Smith Memorial Scholarship is a $1,000 scholarship awarded to a graduate of Colonel Crawford High School.

The Bils-Frombaugh Scholarship; Est 1997

The Bils-Frombaugh Scholarship is a $500 scholarship awarded to a Wynford High School FFA member.

The Edna Price Beck Scholarship; EST 1988

The Edna Price Beck Scholarship is a $1500 to $2000 scholarship awarded to a Galion High School Senior.

William and Molly Bradfield Scholarship; EST 2008

The William and Molly Bradfield Scholarship is awarded in the amount of $1500.

Phillip Bunyard Scholarship; EST 1992

The Phillip Bunyard Scholarship awards $1000 to a Galion High School student attending college.

Miller-Carter Memorial Scholarship; EST 1992

The Miller-Carter Memorial Scholarship awards $4000 (payable $1000 per year) to any high school graduate (current or past) attending any accredited institution.

The Kevin Cass Scholarship Fund awards $1000 to a Galion High School senior pursuing further education in the fields of natural resources or arts or related field.

The Galion Class of 1950 Scholarship awards $500 to a Galion High School senior.
